How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Standard shipping (Product Price：$0.00–$49.99) need pay $9.99 shipping and there are no any taxes or fees.

How long does delivery take?

Fast Shipping：3-5 business days.

We will deliver the product to you according to the product's stock and send you an email with instructions at the time of delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

We provide shipping services for United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy etc. 

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon serves as one of our primary logistics partners for shipping Vatostoys products. They choose the carrier they feel is the best fit for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
